14 yr old Miniature Horse
Ellie was previously a companion horse, when her buddy passed away she was rehomed here to HORR. X-rays of her front hooves revealed at least one major laminitis episode in the past. Our goal right now is to stay on top of weekly trims to get her hooves in better shape. She needs a tune up on her ground manners before she'll be used for lessons. Standing at 37" tall, Ellie is going to be perfect for the kids that are intimidated by the bigger horses.
