Ellie was previously a companion horse, when her buddy passed away she was rehomed here to HORR. X-rays of her front hooves revealed at least one major laminitis episode in the past. Our goal right now is to stay on top of weekly trims to get her hooves in better shape. Standing at 37" tall, Ellie is perfect for kids that are intimidated by the bigger horses.
